Job Description
- Well versed in Human Resources activities such as handling employee relations and labor relations.
- Knowledgeable on procedures and laws under the Philippine Labor Code.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Administer the end-to-end recruitment and perform reference checks
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 3-5 year of experience in the related field.
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- With strong analytical and planning skills.
- REQUIRED LANGUAGES: English and/or Mandarin
