- Monitors, and supports hardware and software maintenance.
- Verifies and consolidates sales data integrity.
- Backs-up files and documents.
- Manages and configures network.
- Implements network policy and restriction.
- Helps in planning, designing, and developing system application to automate manual process.
- Monitors IT assets.
- Provides integrated information services to enable access of the information.
- Evaluates and implements technologies that ensure availability of information resources.
- Monitors and protects the network from threats posed by malicious entities located inside and outside the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 2-4 years of working experience as System Support Assistant/ Supervisor.
- Experience in a Multinational environment is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in the following:
- Network Configuration and Infrastructure.
- Firewall Configuration and Policy.
- System Development Software (e.g. VB.NETC#, PHP, Developer Express, HTML, Java Script, CSS).
- Database Administration (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft exchange server, Go-global application).
- Good command of the English language.
- Customer Oriented.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
