Accounting Staff | Payables and Disbursement  

Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and other pertinent documents

Specific Duties:

• Pays vendors by scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
• Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.
• Preparation of Expanded withholding tax certificates and schedules
• Preparation of VAT input schedule
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Preparation for Accounts Payable book and Cash Disbursement book

ACCOUNTING STAFF – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND DISBURSEMENT

You will be part of a dynamic Accounting Team that supports our business model which is a leading innovator in the field of fashion and fashion technology.

• BS Accountancy or BS Management Accounting graduate
• Preferably female
• Work experience and knowledge on expanded withholding tax and vat input an advantage
• Computer literate
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• Patient, able to handle pressure & multi-task activities
• Must be willing to render overtime work Mondays to Saturdays
• Work location is in Sta Mesa area (bordering Mandaluyong)
