Job Description
- Prepares and disseminates relevant sales and marketing documents such as internal memos, announcements, etc.
- Ensures documents or memos are filed properly.
- Arranges and coordinates travel requirements of the NSDs and NSM.
- Coordinates appointments and meetings of the NSDs and NSM.
- Monitors and check releases of request for payments (RCPs) other budget documents in coordination with Accounting Department.
- Prepares reimbursements and liquidations of budgets .
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Highly analytical with excellent organizational skills & discretion with confidential information
- Independent, very keen to details, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and internet applications
- Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
