Job Description
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc.
- Protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Assists the Administration Department with its repertorial requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Very detailed oriented and Pro-active;
- Highly organized and can work with minimal supervision;
- Applicants with previous experience in preparing payroll and checking DTR preferred;
- Graduate of Accountancy, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology and all other related courses.
- Knowledgeable in preparing reports and payments for Government-Mandated Benefits;
- Willing to work during weekends and holidays as the needs arise;
