Job Description
- Manage business trip (accommodation, transportation, meeting venue etc)
- Arrange new hire working equipment/asset (device, id card + lanyard, access card, name card, locker, grab corp)
- Manage asset/working equipment return of offboarding employees
- Asset management – Device, Furniture, COP & Operational Cars (add, move, repair, dispose)
- Monitoring inventories of pantry supplies, stationary supplies and other office supplies
- Supervise GA Administration, Event Management, Guest Management, Meeting Room Management, Courier Management, Welfare Management
- Petty Cash Management
- Perform periodic office inspections to identify items and requirements for repairs and maintenance
- Monthly and other periodic reporting of team performance and results, status of tasks, updating progress of any tasks
- Creating and updating SOP of GA
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated in management/any related major
- Minimum 3 – 4 years working experience in General Affair
- Proactive, 'can-do' attitude
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- Computer literacy especially in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Technology savvy, well-organized and detail oriented
- Good communication & collaboration skills
- Team supervision experience (admin level & manual worker)
- Role flexibility, excellent time management & multitasking
- Experienced in reporting and data analysis
