Job Description
- Create & monitor the policy/ procedures, job descriptions, and job grading are updated according to existing regulations & company need.
- Manage performance management system which aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, & values and present the analysis reports periodically.
- Develop & implement the effective organizational design/ structure, organization diagnostics, and organizational development intervention.
- Develop competency-based HR management system and monitor its implementation.
- Provide support to the Head of People & Culture as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Management, Social
- 3 years’ experience in organization development
- Certified on Organization Development area
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership, Collaborative, Integrity, Detail Oriented, Agile Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Performance Management System, Job Description, Job Analysis/ Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Policy & Procedure, Competence Based HRM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, or related software
- Excellent in writing skill.
