Job Description
- Build and maintain a good sourcing channels to make sure fulfilling candidate is on track and the whole recruitment process is align with the SLA
- Responsible for all phase of recruitment process from sourcing until hiring
- Responsible for all administration of the recruitment process from sourcing until hiring so the new employee will have smooth on boarding process
- Create regular update in database and tracking systems to keep up-to-date records of both vacancies and applicants
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced working environment
- Experienced in end to end recruitment process
- Familiar with LinkedIn and another well-known job portals
- Good communication skill
- Proactive and love challenges
