Job Description
- To support sales strategy with insight and analyses
- To lead the team in tracking the Sales & Partnerships team’s and the merchants performances and recommending action plans to improve performance/productivity levels
- To lead the team in planning for the Sales & Partnerships team’s budget and to track costs that are incurred from sales-related activities
- To develop the overall statistical approach used for analysis
- To support various departments/teams with analysis insights and recommendations to drive meaningful business impacts
- To Incorporate internal and external research and third-party data sources to provide benchmarks for company
- To draw up the training materials and processes for onboarding/training of sales team
- To design and crete all materials and process for merchant trainings
- To set up the framework for reporting and to deliver periodic and timely reporting to the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in consulting would be a plus
- Experience in descriptive and quantitative statistics, and in the manipulation, analysis and visualization of data
- Extensive experience in management roles within well regarded, preferred global or regional consumer-focused companies characterized by complex business operating practices
- Proven leadership and collaboration abilities
- Possess high moral standards
- Strong business acumen
- Track record of successfully driving change and delivering result driving change and delivering results in ambiguous environments
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to frame business issues and apply data analysis to support real-time decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
