Job Description
- Plans, controls, and leads delivery of projects that related to Contact Center (OVO and Komodo)
- Produces key documents spesific to project delivery including, contracts, projects, project schedules, issue log, risk log, and status reports
- Checks, measures, and reviews, project progress. Adjust project plans and informs all relevant project stakeholders
- Develops Contact Center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response systems, and voice networks; designing user interfaces; developing and executing user acceptance test plans; planning and controlling implementations
- Ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mitigates risks and manages scopes across multiple projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Broad skills in management, business process and analysis
- Desired personal profile: analytical inquisitive, service & team oriented, friendly demeanor, early adopter
- Prior consulting experience
- Contact Center operational experience
- Contact Center software solution experience
