Job Description
- Manage concurrent projects and handle changing priorities
- Reporting related to daily issues and obstacles on the project site
- Coordinate with other internal, in writing or through delivery of presentations
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree majoring in Business, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistic
- Minimum experience 4 - 6 years
- Have specific skills: Project management, Presentation & negotiation, Business Management skill, Analytical & Problem solving, Structural & Logical thinking, Able to associate one idea with another, to find the "big picture" or salient feature
- Personal characteristics: Confidence, Humble and Willing to listen others opinion/explanation, Good communication skill, focused and organized
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to work in tight timelines and under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn and apply new things quickly in an ever-changing environment and have positive attitude towards change
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
