Job Description
- Develop the 1-year strategic growth and tactical go-to-market plan for industries within the territory (as part of the yearly Company's budgeting & planning process)
- Establish Quarterly Plan based on the product roadmap, opportunity/lead pipeline, target revenue, etc.
- Develop team skill and capability in the area of Business Development and High Level Solutioning for the Customer
- Collaborates with other functions: Account Management, Integration, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc. to ensure the achievement of the plan
- Conduct the regular cadence for the team to track performance (plan vs actual on revenue, TPV, etc.) and continuous improvement
- Achieve positive gross profit for every deal
- Continuously optimize/reduce the Business Development cycle lead time
- Guarding the end-to-end Business Development process until it is handed over to the Account Management team.
- Build long-term relationship with customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- have worked in fintech or PG companies before
- 2-5 years experience in handling clients from either Retail, Real Estate, Public Sector/ Government, Communication IT & Market place industries
- Good interpersonal skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English is a plus point
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A tech savvy and have a high curiosity on tech
- Adaptable, professional and motivated with a strong work ethic
