Job Description
- Responsible for Greater Business Development topline performance metrics
- Work with Head of BD to create, implement, and monitor Business Development strategy to hit Northstar metrics
- Create a strategy and maintain BD commercial and pricing, including sales promotions to boost sales
- Monitor and analyze Greater Business Development team performances that leads to north star metrics
- Work with BI and Data team to provide, streamline and improve Business Development data
- Work with BD team and Partnership team on product improvement requests that will impact Business Development performance
- Work with the Product team on new product Go to Market
- Work together with Marketing and Product team to create & maintain BD team sales kit
- Streamline and create processes for the BD team to other stakeholders
- Problem solve all BD-related issues that impacting to BD performance
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in a business team
- Have high sense of ownership, fast learner, proactive and generalist problem solver
- Strong in business acumen, experienced in fintech or related industry will be a plus
- Skill and understanding on data analysis, business process, and fintech product
- Data driven person, able to read, process, and analyze data
- - Proficient in verbal and written english
- Strong project management skill, able to work with multiple projects with different problems involving multiple stakeholders at one go
- Quality pitch deck creation capability
- Ability to pinpoint root cause from numerous problems, able to problem solve and agile enough to iterate and change strategy/plan based on findings
- Experienced in market analysis, understand customer/industry segmentation, able to pinpoint opportunity or threat, generate solution / idea from market findings
- Strong communication skill including stakeholder management and presentation
- Team player, able and experience in managing multiple and different types of stakeholders
