Job Description
- Daily bookkeeping with XERO accounting software.
- Manage AP and organize payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly/semester closing and financial reports.
- Manage taxes.
- Archive files and supporting documents.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other related professionals.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Management as requested.
- Assist the team in accounting/finance/budgeting/tax matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable University in Indonesia or Overseas.
- Up to 3 years of experience as an Auditor in a reputable Audit firm is a plus.
- Having CPA certification or currently studying for CPA program is a plus
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, as the person will mostly be involved on overseas projects.
- Strong excel skills, attention to detail, and accurate
