- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Implements and annually updates compensation program; creates/rewrites job descriptions as necessary; analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Oversees recruitment process
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures with the labor law.
- Attends labor cases if necessary
- Manages training development of each organization/department/project
- Oversees all department’s objectives and goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College/Masteral Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- With background/knowledge in ISO.
- A driven, self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
- Resourceful and has initiative.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN BATANGAS
