Project Management Coordinator  

He/She is in charge of effectively managing projects for their organization, including keeping track of progress and ensuring activities’ completion. He/She must coordinate to a team of professionals to reach company objectives on deadline. They must identify project needs, develop a detailed timeline for completion, delegate tasks, and implement changes to teams and processes as needed. They must work within budget constraints and follow company procedures in all tasks, as well as incorporate other managers’ feedback into the project as required. They must share relevant information with other divisions or managers in their organization, monitor expenditures, and create detailed reports for upper management.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide a structured governing project management body

· Provide a central repository for all projects and project information

· Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities

· Establish and manage tracking systems and tools to monitor the progress and status of theon-going projects

· Outline a well-defined project management process or methodology

· Arranges meetings with the members of the project on a regular basis

· Delegate project tasks

· Meet with clients to get detailed project briefs

· Track project performance

· Identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progress of the project

Job Skills and Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in administration, management, or a related field is required for this job

· Previous project management experience is a must

· Must possess advanced interpersonal skills to interact with staff members and external partners.

· Should have strong leadership skills to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.

· Should have a high-level understanding of business processes and solutions, as well as a working knowledge of quality control methodologies.

· Must have knowledge in handling systems, software or applications
