Job Description
- Responsible for licensing, which includes domicile, SIUP, TDP, API
- Responsible for Legal review and Drafting includes making agreement letters and related documents
- Legal searching that includes legal regulations and matters related to the legal field
- Responsible for Legal Advice
- Accompany, assist, find solutions to problems related to company law
- Coordinate with consultants, departments / agencies or third parties related to legal issues (notary, lawyer, department and consultant)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- >2 years experience in the same field
- Understanding in management of company licensing
- Understanding the fintech regulation especially P2P Lending
- Understanding in Legal Administration, Litigation, Legal Advice, Legal Drafting and Legal Review
- Good English both writen and spoken
- Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
