Job Description
- Assist in preparing pitches/business documents;
- Conduct market research;
- Compile financial models and provide valuation analyses;
- Work in conjunction with various professional advisors;
- Perform financial analysis and reviews of companies;
- Identify and solicit prospective investors and buyers for M&A;
- Build solid relationships with clients;
- Develop an awareness of the Firm's services;
- Approach clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
- Identify business development opportunities, through internal and external client relationships, as well as key issues and potential areas of transaction risk.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor Degree in Economics/Business Management or any related field
- English is a must
