Job Description
- Responsible for all team billing functions
- Liaise with other teams as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner
- Ensures proper execution of processes by team ensures the volume of work produced meets product service standards and exceeds quality standards
- Demonstrates understanding of the business partners and insurance partners’ to maintain reconciliation SLA
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Monitor partners and insurance partners account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and to communicate with them via phone, email or personally
- Maintain A/R partners and insurance partners files and records also prepare monthly aging report
Minimum Qualifications
- Finance or Accounting Degree or prior experience in an accounting environment preferably in Billing
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with ability to demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting receivable
