Job Description

  • General
    • responds to event issues in a timely fashion
    • liaise with colleagues via available communication channels and on email in a speedy and accurate manner
    • strives to ensure a high customer satisfaction level always
  • Event Fulfillment
    • monitor and analyze event data in real time
    • proactively research for data and statistics via available reference sites
    • timely and accurate entry of data into the system
  • Event Setup
    • ensure that event details are entered correctly into the system
    • reviews previously created events and updates details when needed
  • Event Audit
    • review all resulted events
    • gather event data that will be relevant for future improvement
    • report any errors in the event

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree is an advantage but not prefered
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Sports knowledge is an advantage
  • Detail oriented, analytical and proactive
  • Computer literate, microsoft excel skills is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful and can work with different teams
  • Amenable to changing of schedules and able to work on holidays, if needed
  • Positive attitude and happy mind
