Job Description
Quality
- Develop and maintain quality approach including creating of control standards, evaluations, criteria and improvement strategies.
- Ensures quality evaluations are conducted, analyzed and achieved regularly to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the performance and overall quality of operations and customer experience.
- Proactively lead monthly calibration activities and works collaboratively with leadership team, QA Analyst and stakeholders to ensure consistency in need assessments.
- Create and submit quality reports to management as well as US and AUS stakeholders
- Update knowledge-based by studying trends and developments in quality management.
- Review monthly quality assessments of work for QA Team and provide modified coaching as necessary
- Oversee and manage day-to day activities of QA and Training Team
Training
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective general training plan and department specific trainings using desired performance metrics as needed by the operational requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
- Develop and implement schedules and control measures for every training program.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis
- Provide support in the identifying training and development needs within PBTECH
- Develop learning and development programs and initiatives
- Review available training materials and update/improve them accordingly
- Provide monthly training reports that is valuable for operational improvement
- Responsible for overseeing training programs conducted by trainers.
- Manage performance of trainer and provide prompt and objective coaching as necessary
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other functions as required by immediate manager.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
-
Must have solid work experience in QA and Training

Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
