Resulting and Marketing Analyst  

Job Description
The primary role of the Resulting and Marketing Analyst is to ensure that market events are created and settled with minimal errors, and that promotions are fulfilled accurately and on a timely manner.

General:

• Must be prepared and able to handle with composure and tact, a high-volume of repetitive resulting and marketing tasks
• Strives to ensure a high customer satisfaction level always and that SLA’s are met and confirmed within the guidelines established by management
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish, offering timely and accurate output, and demonstrating excellent time-management skills
• Reports all significant cases or escalations to the shift supervisors / team leaders / manager
• Familiarize with all process documents and procedures, and learning the functions of the different teams in order to better understand how your role fits in to overall objectives
• Attends all applicable training sessions to continue to improve knowledge and skills
• Open to feedback and portrays an appetite to continuously grow
• Adhere to International regulatory laws and the confidentiality requirements for all Customer Information
• Make suggestions on how the current processes can be amended to be more efficient or suggests any new processes that can be added to make the team more efficient
• Maintains up to date knowledge and skill of the product offerings of Pointsbet including but not limited to:
  • Racing and Sports
  • Sporting Calendar
  • Promotions and Sign Up Offers
  • Bonus Bets Crediting
  • Fixed Markets Settlement
  • Pointsbetting Markets Settlement
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Tools and Applications
• Can be assigned related task from time to time to support the overall objectives of the business.

Resulting and Marketing Specific:

• Follows worldwide sporting events by monitoring the pre-game and in-play matches being offered
• Observes sports market movements and statistics, and provides analysis and recommendations
• Fulfills the manual process settlement of fixed odds and pointsbetting markets timely and accurately
• Fulfills the manual process fulfillment of match-based promotions timely and accurately
• Fulfills the manual process and upload of quants scripts and the global market loader
• Ensures that sign-up, risk free bets, action network, and other similar promotions and campaigns are manually credited timely and accurately
• Ensures that all scheduled and added market creation tasks are done in a timely manner
• Ensures that all racing special set up is done in a timely manner
• Manages the homepage feature tasks in all jurisdictions ensuring that relevant content is always featured based on the preferred teams and sports per jurisdiction
• Ensures that popular games always have available market previews in all jurisdictions
• Sets up the automatic crediting of promotions and campaigns as needed
• Analyzes customer activity, allocates clients to predefined profiles based on set thresholds, and processes promotion exclusions and set limits on accounts as directed
• Assists marketing, risk, and promotional item inventories across including but not limited to:
  • Website Hygiene & Website Promotional Management; Promotional Clients – Warnings and Bans (Filtering); Internal Marketing Campaign Reports; General Marketing Reports; VIP Reports; Affiliate Reports; Risk, Compliance or Fraud related task
• Notices errors and inconsistencies in the output of all assigned tasks and reports all significant cases or escalations to the Shift Supervisor / Team Leader
• Monitors system stability and reports to the help desk if there’s any issues with the tools and applications being used
• Complies with the operation’s procedure (SOP) on checking the basic information and data of games
• Handling of any technical or settlement issues, or any other incidents affecting company trading
• Update the daily reports before the shift ends and sends all necessary reports on time
• Endorse any issues to the next shift

Technical Skills:

• Good communications skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Experience in the sports/gaming industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
