Senior UI/UX Designer

• Develop and deliver disruptive concepts. Turn initial ideas into applicable designs.
• Pay attention to the outputs (innovation & aesthetics) and produce distinguished solutions which take into account both user needs and business goals.
• Create applicable solutions to complex problems.

• Key deliverables: Personas, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, infographics, UI/UX concepts and design.

Specific to this role:

• Minimum a bachelor degree in a relevant design discipline
• 2 years in-depth knowledge and experience of user interface design for end-user facing applications
• A strong online portfolio available for viewing.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with end-users, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product manag-ement, and project delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
• Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframe, prototypes, etc)
• Knowledge of Big Data, Machine Learning, AI technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
• Strong knowledge of design process and project management
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
