Job Description

This is a half-year training program that involving class-room, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts. A successful trainee will be representing the Bank as its front-end in handling various customer inquiries confidently, maintaining satisfactory customer service and relationship, and providing fast solution to customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with any major
  • Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
  • Have passion and pride in servicing & influencing customer
  • Process and solution-oriented with attention to detail
  • Willing to work hard and adapt to the routine
  • Digital and technology-savvy
