Job Description
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and regulations to ensure compliance with all laws
- Review and provide legal advice about company documents required in connection with relevant corporate actions
- Research several regulations requested by the company or clients
- Coordinating with another division towards legal issues
- Always up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
- Perform other duties in the legal staff / legal officer
Minimum Qualifications
- Max 25 years old
- Minimum Bachelor of Law
- At least 1-year experience and maximum 3 years
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work together with a team
- Able to work fast, honest and attention to details
- Having a good experience in legal research
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Indonesian law
