Business Development Officer | Central Luzon  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures achievement of sales and recruitment target.
• Executes branch intentional activities for sales generation and dealer engagement activities.
• Conducts dealer recruitment activities from prospecting to Great Life Orientation (GLO) on PC business.
• Conducts product training on existing dealers and ensure call to action to purchase featured product.
• Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart to Heart discussions.
• Leads Heart to Heart calls with delivery to improve daily sales and maintain activity levels of dealers.
• Ensures intentional activities are conducted on schedule and according to set guidelines.
• Resolves dealer concerns, determines root cause of recurring issue and recommends course of action.
• Ensures that all training materials are updated, and training tools are working properly.
• Secures compliance on required sales and other administrative reports.
• Updates the dealer on existing and upcoming marketing promos and Dreams Fulfillment Department (DFD) programs.
• Captures audience’ attendance and keeps active participation of dealers on all branch activities.
• Ensures proper and complete cascading company directives and branch activities to the dealers.
• Promotes good dealer experience together with the operations team.

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Education
• Preferably with experience in direct-selling business, sales, food chain, or similar work environment
• Regular use of computer and other training tools and platform
• Exposure in varying environment conditions during fieldwork
• Ability to work and build relationship with people across generations and with diverse personalities, constant physical effort required (standing and walking)
• Ability to work under pressure and work interruption
