Job Description
- Manage the Data Science & Analytics Group ensuring that the group is enabled to perform their roles in Advanced Analytics, Modeling, Data Engineering, Campaign and Analytics Innovation utilizing world-class methodologies, tools, and technology.
- Support Senior Management and the Board in
- Identifying business challenges and opportunities through Data Science & Analytics providing data-driven insights.
- Translating insights into actionable innovative solutions providing remarkable customer experience.
- Implementing solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams creating synergy for optimal solutions.
- Apply big data analytics utilizing internal, external, structured and unstructured data to drive new products, balance & customer growth, efficiency and improved customer experience.
- Enable visualization across the organization to empower everyone with real-time analytics for faster and informed decision making.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence algorithms i.e., Machine Learning, Deep Learning in developing Predictive Models to optimize predictability for risk mitigation, customer and balanced growth.
- Create and implement customer campaign framework and solution.
- Create a campaign framework to support the implementation of actions from insights.
- Implement batch and real-time campaigns ensuring accuracy of implementation and within Data Privacy guidelines.
- Build data solutions for Analytics, Modeling and Campaigns with sustainability and scalability in mind.
- Stitch customer’s internal and external data to have a customer level view.
- Clean and transform data.
- Continue to innovate in Analytics, Modeling, Campaign and Data infrastructure by keeping abreast with the latest and world-class solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in banking or related industry with a focus on analytics and marketing optimization.
- Experience in Business Analytics, Risk Management, Finance or related functions
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Mathematics or related discipline. Prefers candidates with Master’s degree
- Extensive experience in developing analytical and implementation framework and designing tests
- Considerable experience in implementing projects with scalable impact
- Substantial knowledge and experience in performing segmentation, scoring models, decision tree and other statistical techniques
- Proficient in P&L and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with external market and consumer information in structured and unstructured data form is preferred.
- Prefers experience in SAS, R, Visual Basic, MySQL, Power BI, Machine Learning, Python, Deep Learning frameworks
- Experience in leading analytics projects and excellent project management working in a cross-functional team
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent in managing multiple projects with an aggressive timeline
