Candidate must be willing to do whatever it takes. At first candidate would handle admin and our recruitment then interview potential candidates. He/She will eventually be a business partner where they get a percentage of the profit of the team. Our offer is a 1-2month trial before we offer something definite. We need somebody willing to work on Saturdays, good internet, good mobile since we need the candidate to be always online. Willing to do whatever it takes to help out. Upholds the values that we have. This is a self employment contract like a business partnership where you are the one who files your taxes and benefits.
