Job Description
This position is meant to support and standardize Sales Management Process for Overseas Group Companies (OGC).
Responsibilities:
- Support and standardize Overseas Group Companies’ current work process in Sales Management.
- Manage “Sales” of Regional Aftermarket in consolidated basis.
- Examine and improve existing systems and establish new function to reduce OGC’s common work and increase efficiency.
- Lead each Sales company to achieve monthly plan.
- Make Long-term plan, Mid-term plan, annual and revised sales plan based on global and regional policy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder of any field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Must have 3-5 years experience in Sales, Sales Management or Sales Planning
- English Proficient (preferably with certified scores i.e. TOEIC, IELTS or TOEFL)
- With excellent negotiation and communication skills
- With strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- With Valid Passport
