Job Description
- Assist in the overall implementation of the Inclusive Urban Disaster Risk Reduction (IUDRR) project following Philippine Red Cross and donor guidelines
- Provide technical and operational support to the project team and volunteers through adhering the Philippine Red Cross and donor guidelines
- Manage the activity planning, budget preparation and financial reporting at the chapter level
- Participate in the project progress tracking using prescribed monitoring tools and provide inputs in the report preparation
- Uphold cooperation and partnership between communities, project staff, and project partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development or Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related courses
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project management in a similar developmental sector
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer
