Job Description
The chief financial officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. The CFO's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant
- Preferably from top auditing firms
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in a publicly listed company is an advantage
- With strong leadership potential
- With experience in the following areas: accounting, profit analysis, cash management, government compliance, internal control and risk management
- Must be flexible and willing to roll up sleeves when necessary
- With excellent reporting skills and can report directly to President, Chairman and BOD
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, at least 2 yrs in senior management position
