Job Description
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
- Pro-actively manage the quality and performance of the project and its products thereby ensuring work-streams and work-packages are delivered on time, to specification and budget
- Where appropriate, to manage some or all of the project budget
- Demonstrate awareness/understanding of equal opportunities and other people’s behavioural, physical, social and welfare needs
- Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons, and to comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the department
- ·Any other duties commensurate with the role and band/grade
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Scrum Master Certified (PSM I)
- Educated to a S1 Level or have suitable experience (minimum 3 years) in a relevant field
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
