Job Description
The position is responsible for the planning, management, coordination, financial control of the project. It covers all aspects from the planning stage to completion and turns over to the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan the programs and activities relative to the project and the resources required for their effective and efficient execution
- Manage the operation and activities of the project site
- Determine the project schedule and cost by studying project plan and specifications
- Control all project cost by approving expenditures
- Enforce procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Comply with all government regulations to maintain product and company reputation
- Supervise the performance of reporting staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in tunnel form system & contract management is an advantage
- Has proven management and leadership qualities
