Job Description
- Provides services for policy owners through telephone, email, and over-the-counter channels.
- Screens policy-related transactions.
- Cross-sells and up-sells of insurance products.
- Provides support to department projects including conservation, product promotion, and sales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
- 1 year work experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Strong communication and people skills.
