Job Description
A. Area Operations Planning and Monitoring
- Prepares the area operating plans and programs, including the area budget for Region Head’s review and approval
- Determines and requests for the operating needs of the area as to funding, logistics, equipment,supplies, manpower, and capital expenditures
- Implements and monitors the approved marketing programs in the area and develops and endorses to Region Head and IMCG any local marketing initiatives that will help in promoting and increasing branch sales
- Coaches and mentors the team and supervises their performance to ensure their alignment with the corporate goals, policies, and procedures
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends in the market of assigned branch and provides updates to
- Region Head to provide material insights to Product Group on product development and enhancement
B. Financial Management
- Oversees and monitors the area's performance relative to sales plans, targets, forecasts, and strategies, and budget
- Monitors competitors' growth and strategies within the area to modify the current strategies
- Reviews and approves the operating expenses of branches within assigned area
C. Branch Expansion, Repair, Transfer, and Closure
- Identifies and addresses potential market expansion as a result of market study. Recommends strategic location of branches for approval of Regional Head.
- Oversees the completion of pre-launch activities e.g. renovation, compliance to regulatory requirements, manpower requirement, marketing, etc.
D. Leadership
- Coaches the subordinates in delivering excellent customer service to the clients to create opportunities to upsell and cross-sell all the products available in the branch
- Coordinates with Product Group the technical product-related concerns from the branches
- Determines training and development needs of employees on technical and management skills
- Obtains update from branch personnel and resolves client complaints. Collaborates with Client Relations Department on the resolution of escalated client complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year course, preferably with Master’s Degree units
- At least five (5) years’ work experience with in-depth knowledge on sales/distribution, operations and similar field
