Job Description
A. Service Standards Monitoring
- Participates in the setting of quality standards of the contact center and branch support desk
- Prepares and designs quality monitoring forms for the contact center and branch support desk
- Coordinates and facilitates calibration sessions for the contact center and branch support desk
- Performs real-time monitoring and evaluation and post-activity reviews of contact center and branch support performance
B. Reporting
- Prepares compliance reports, summary of evaluation, and relevant observations on contact center and branch support desk performance and communicates these results to QA supervisor
- Gathers, encodes, and reviews quality monitoring data from the implementers (CRD and BPD) of quality programs for Branch Sales, Affiliates and Support units. Forwards data gathered to QA Analyst for report generation
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Statistics, Economics, Communication Research, Math or any business-related course.
- At least one (1) year work experience in a related field
- Knowledge in Survey Methods, Quality Service Standard
- Willing to work in Makati City
