Sales Associate | Freelance, Remote Work  

Job Overview:
Your duties are to find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.

Job Type:
Full-time

Schedule:
Can work in U.S. business hours | 40 hours/week (Graveyard Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Place cold calls (Make 40 connected phone calls a day, not including voicemails)
• Set appointments
• Mine leads
• Call businesses and give them a super simple pitch
• Update all records using the CRM tools provided by the company

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in cold calling/appointment setting
• BPO experience is acceptable (CSR, Sales, etc.)
• Has exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• (No Experience Required)

Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:

• Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
• Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
• 4GB RAM
• Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
• Headset for video calls
