- Support the Property Marketing Team on its presence for the Company’s online accounts and platforms, such as Facebook, AirBnb, Rentpad, Lamudi, Instagram etc.
- Support the Property Marketing Team in addressing potential client/new client concerns and queries.
- All issues that cannot be resolved immediately, even after training shall be escalated to the Property Marketing Officer.
- Produce a weekly report on accomplishment, issues, and for improvement on the performance of the assigned online accounts.
- This internship program will also expose the Trainee to general property administration.
The Trainee will be receiving daily allowance, direct training from in-house company expert, and certification of the internship course.
Minimum Qualifications
- Marketing or Advertising related course in college/university
- Knowledgeable in Social Media and Customer Service
