Job Description
The Leasing Advisor for Tenant Representation Services is responsible for presenting properties, scouting, site evaluation, market research and recommendation of proposed sites to PRIME Clients. He/she is also tasked to prepare business proposals and contracts to potential landowners/ lessors, participate on TRS development and deliver sales target production given by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service presentations and securing of clients for Tenant Representation Services
- Internal coordination with Land Lord Representatives (or whole Retail Team) for shortlisting of existing PRIME Projects
- Scouting, site evaluation, market research and recommendation of proposed sites for Tenant Representation Services clients
- Negotiates and presents business proposals and contracts to potential landowners/ lessors
- Represent & execute store expansion of Tenant Representation Services clients
- Facilitate and monitor contract signing and approvals & lease documentation
- Deliver sales target production given by the company
- Prepare business presentations and participate in Tenant Representation Services development and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent course
- Knowledgeable on the real estate trends and industry
- Experience in real estate or in any sales industry is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in English language and has excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Has a pleasing and pleasant personality
