Job Description
- Spend the day talking to clients about the financial objectives and recommend appropriate financial planning strategy
- Assisting the client in setting medium to long-term financial plans by evaluating current financial situation, lifestyle, investments, retirement or estate planning, educational funding or critical illness funding etc.
- Provide financial planning support to clients
- Regularly update clients on market situation and recent economic development, also status of their accounts
- Building and maintaining clients’ data base and providing quality services to clients and make an impact to people's lives
- Attend weekly meeting, trainings and team huddles and performs daily prospecting of clients
- Recruiting potential business partner that will contribute to the growth and performance of the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Goal- driven
- Keen attention to details
- Willingness to be coach by mentors
- Sales experience is preferred but not necessary
- Can work part-time or full time
- Passionate and strong determination to succeed
- Driven and committed to excellence
- Team player but able to work independently
