Job Description
- To provide pre and post-sales technical support to the Account Managers which include proposal and solution presentation
- To understand, analyze, identify and recommend customer’s business and solution requirements.
- To verify configuration of the proposed solution upon request
- To assist Account Managers in preparing a full proposal process, design, propose solution to meet customers’ requirements and specifications
- To assist in tender technical compliance and design solution that meets the tender requirement/specifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a technical Presales role
- Understanding in database (SQL) system
- Knowledge in banking process and regulation
- Fast learner, self-motivated, proactive, well-organized
- Able to work independently
- Have experience in ERP or Finance/Banking softwares
- Have experience in banking project or banking knowledge (optional for consultant)
- Open and active personality
- Good English in verbal and written
- Strong communication/interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solustions accross a range of technical and business users
- Resourceful, strong problem and solving skills
- Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices
- Understanding application/software and engineering
- Willing to be processed (of recruitment) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
