Job Description
- Investigate, analysis and tracking customer issue
- Collaborating with team Product and Developer to resolve related issues
- Collect and analyze system data to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve problems/issues
- Prepare written reports of activity, timelines, root cause, customer impact, and final solution to customer
- Maintain and tracking change request / bug
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in same position at least 2 - 3 years
- Have a strong analytical skill
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines
- Have written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with java programming
- Familiar with database management system
- Have experience on customer software support will be advantage
- Have experience with unix or linux will be advantage
