Job Description
- Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure
- Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures
- Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor
- Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation
- Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support. Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software
- Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Fully comply with the rules and processes in the company
- Able to work with minimum supervise
- Assisting junior colleague
- Able to present the presentation and train the trainee
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00), Diploma degree, Bachelor degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field
- SMK Computer Network Engineering, Minimum average point 7.5
- Good communication in English both oral & written
- Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team, good administration skill
- Willing to work extended hours/holiday/weekend to meet project/assignment requirements
- Able to work under required time and pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player
- Strong Analytical and problem solving
- Must anticipate problems and avoid them by proper maintenance
- Deep knowledge of Exchange 2010 technologies
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft System Center (Configuration Manager, Operation Manager, Virtual Machine Manager).
- Knowledge of various platform such as Microsoft SQL Server platform
- Knowledge of various operating system such as Linux, Microsoft Server, Unix, etc
- Customer and service oriented
- Able to communicate to external team and customer
- Willing to be processed (of recruitment) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
