Job Description
- Prepare the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) for the company and subsidiaries.
- Handle the Annual Public Expose for the company
- Prepare Financial Statements of the company and subsidiaries, each quarterly and annually
Minimum Qualifications
- Min education Bachelor Degree of Law
- Min. experience 5 years in similar industry as Legal Manager
- Strong knowledge in Law/Legal Services in the related field
- Have experience managing teams
- Able to work under pressure and on tight deadline
- Willing to travel out of town
- Willing to be located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
