Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance system regularly
- Create maintenance report
- Problem solving in any customer according to SLA
- Ensure customer system working properly
- Report to supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in IT, information system, computer science, management information system, electrical engineering or related field (minimum GPA 3,00)
- Minimum 1 year as Support Engineer/Application Support
- Having knowledge on Database System (SQL Server, Oracle, SQL Query)
- Knowing how to administering Operating System (Windows/Linux Based)
- Having basic knowledge networking (firewall, FTP, SSH)
- Having knowledge on programming or application logic (Flowchart, Flow Process)
- Having knowledge on web application server (Apache Tomcat, WebLogic)
- Having good communication
- Having good troubleshooting and analytic skill
