• Draft, negotiate and review the various range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Analyze any issues related to legal practice and take preventive measures to minimize the impact and legal consequences for the Company
• Negotiate to customers and/or other third parties related to adjustments to the policies owned by the company
• Review and share the relevant update of regulations to internal company
• Evaluate and advises management regarding legal risk and compliance matters
• Monitor update company’s certification license and permit
• Documenting all legal documents
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree of Law
• Minimum 1 years' experience as Legal Officer / fresh graduate are welcome
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment
• Ability to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English, both oral and writing
