Job Description
- Specifically for handling Health and Life Claims
- Process new insurance claims notifications
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Monitor the progress of a claim
- Ensure and Prepare fair settlement of a valid claim in accordance with company and Insurance guidelines
- Handle any complaints associated with a claim
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma majoring in Nursing
- Having a working experience in Insurance Company (Claim)
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts
- Professional attitude and service oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Willing to get the temporary contract period (4 months)
