Job Description
- Melakukan review dan analisa atas paket remunerasi dan struktur kompensasi baik salary maupun benefit secara periodic (data internal maupun data salary eksternal) agar kompetitif dengan market dengan perusahaan sejenis.
- Menganalisis dan mengembangkan sistem reward di perusahaan sebagai rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dan mendukung pencapaian target kinerja perusahaan.
- Mengidentifikasi kesesuaian penerapan kompensasi & benefit, termasuk di dalamnya salary structure insentif, tunjangan, dan benefit lainya.
- Melakukan simulasi berdasarkan hasil survey dengan acuan budget.
- Mengajukan proposal untuk perubahan kompensasi & benefit, termasuk di dalamnya salary structure insentif, tunjangan, dan benefit lainya.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Pendidikan min S1 dengan IPK min. 3.00 dari berbagai jurusan.
- Usia maks 35 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang reward, compensation and benefit minimal 2 tahun.
- Memahami mengenai konsep salary structure dan salary survey.
- Memahami mengenai regulasi dari pemerintah terkait upah.
- Memiliki conceptual thinking dalam menyusun kebijakan.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa data dengan tajam.
- Memiliki kemampuan Communication Skill dan Relationship Skill yang baik.
- Mampu menunjukkan sikap kerjasama yang baik dengan rekan kerja.
- Memiliki kemampuan komputer Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, power point, dll).
