Job Description
- Mengembangkan desain menu dan penambahan knowledge chatbot
- Melakukan continuous improvement dan training pada chatbot
- Memberikan laporan secara berkala atas kualitas hasil improvement chatbot
- Mengembangkan desain dan program peralihan dari customer call service ke chatbot dan live agent
- Membuat impact analysis secara berkala atas program peralihan yang dijalankan
- Melakukan koordinasi secara berkala dengan unit kerja terkait untuk melakukan continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Mampu menulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar
- Memahami cara penulisan kata dan tanda baca yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan PUEBI dan KBBI
- Mampu menulis dalam bahasa Inggris yang baik dan benar (nilai tambah)
- Memiliki kreatifitas tinggi dalam menulis dengan gaya bahasa formal & casual (creative content)
- Menguasai software MS Office ( word/excel/powerpoint)
- Memiliki kemampuan penulisan dalam bahasa Indonesia
- Manguasai aplikasi Internet
- Berpengalaman sebagai chatbot trainer (nilai tambah)
- Berpengalaman sebagai scriptwriter (nilai tambah)
- Berpengalaman di bank atau industri keuangan (nilai tambah)
