Job Description

As Commercial - Relationship Manager (RM), Your job description is to manage and carry out credit activities under its management, especially credit analysis activities in order to support Senior RM, as a follow-up to marketing, monitoring, and maintaining portfolio quality in order to achieve the targets that have been set. Also Commercial - Relationship Manager (RM) responsibility such as :

  1. Supporting Senior RM activities in carrying out Target, Prospect, Marketing, funds, and services (banking solutions) activities for the Client/ Prospective Clients.
  2. Assist and coordinates with Senior RM in dealing with Client or prospective Clients.
  3. Manage and Carry out Credit Analysis activities, thought Coordination with Senior RM.
  4. Monitoring Client with Senior RM.
  5. To maintain the Credit Quality of the Loan Portfolio.
  6. Preparing and Follow up on the result of the audit (internal and external) in accordance with the Business Plan/ Suggestion for improvement provided by Auditor, related to the function and responsibility

Minimum Qualifications

Entrance Requirements :

  • Maximum 28 years old in August 2021
  • S1 /S2 from reputable universities and open for all major
  • Have experience as Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Relationship Manager or Account Officer for productive lending with minimum experiences 3 years
  • Have the potential related to leadership, interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork, good marketing, analytical skills
  • Proficient in English (active) and submit your score in the application (TOEFL /IELTS), we only accept scores provided by official /authorized institutions and valid.
  • Willing to be relocated in all BNI operational areas, throughout Indonesia.
  • No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI
